The external walls are covered with modern vinylPlus SHADOW panels (wood effect) and steel panels resistant to external factors.
They are characterized by long service life without the need for maintenance.
The Milano cottage is insulated with polyurethane foam, which, combined with triple-glazed windows and heating and cooling air conditioning, guarantees relaxation in very comfortable conditions.
On an area of 40 m2, there is a spacious living room connected with a kitchenette and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-class furniture and household appliances.
Further on there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, which has been decorated in an extraordinary style.
The gable roof allowed the design of a 16 m2 mezzanine, which offers additional space and creates a cozy atmosphere.
